Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 14 days of receipt.

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can request a return form from our customer service.

Return Conditions

• The order must include all items and accessories originally provided.
• The product and packaging should be in a condition as similar as possible to how they were received.
• Reasonable testing of the product is allowed, but products damaged due to improper or negligent use will not be credited.
• Products of a hygienic nature must be clean and in good condition before returning them.
• Swimwear, lingerie, underwear, and socks are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
• In case of a product defect, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the shipment and include a clear photo of the defect.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• Yael Wear is not responsible for return shipping costs.

Upon receipt of the returned product, the request will be processed within 7 business days. If the return meets the conditions listed above, it will be approved during this period.

Yael Wear reserves the right to refuse returned items if there is suspicion that they have been used beyond what is necessary for inspection or if they have been damaged through no fault of ours.

How to Return an Order

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

Please include the following details in the message:

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photo of the product (in case of defect or damage)
• Full name
• Full address

Upon receipt of your request, we will contact you and provide you with the exact return address.

Do not send the product to the sender's address listed on the package. The return address will be provided to you after contacting customer service.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Order Cancellation

Any order can be canceled within two hours of purchase, without needing to provide a reason.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the product, an email will be sent to you confirming the return status.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method used for the order, whenever possible.

The refund will be issued within 7 business days from the date of return approval.
